Struggling with Salesforce CPQ or RCA/ARM not speaking to NetSuite?  Meet Continuous Control →

We built the systems.
Then we fixed the gap.

Continuous was founded by people who spent careers building Sales, Billing, and Revenue systems at Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Zuora, 6Sense and Conga. We saw the same problem everywhere we went.

We Built the Systems. Then We Saw What They Couldn't Do.

The founding team spent their careers inside the companies that built modern Sales, Billing and Revenue systems. They saw the gap not from the outside, but from the inside.

The founders of Continuous spent their careers building the revenue infrastructure that powers the modern enterprise. John Banks led CPQ, billing, and revenue management product strategy at Salesforce, Conga, and Zuora. Sean Joyce drove partner strategy and cloud billing programs at Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Navint, Apttus, and Zuora. John He architected engineering foundations at Zuora, 6sense, and Yahoo. Ramin Yavari spent a decade at Salesforce and Conga designing the complex integrations that connect commercial and financial systems.

Between them, they had seen every version of the same problem. Salesforce was getting better at selling. NetSuite was getting better at accounting. But the space between a closed deal in Salesforce and a recognized revenue line in NetSuite — where orders become invoices, invoices become revenue, and revenue becomes the auditable financial truth — remained stubbornly manual, fragile, and expensive.

Every company that implemented Salesforce CPQ or ARM eventually had to answer the same question: how does this connect to NetSuite? The answer was always some combination of custom code, middleware, spreadsheets, and a reconciliation team that spent close week cleaning up what the systems couldn't figure out on their own.

And then usage-based pricing arrived. AI tokens, consumption tiers, prepaid credits, and commitment models generated raw data at a volume and complexity that billing systems were never designed to handle. The gap didn't just persist — it got dramatically worse.

In 2021, the four co-founders decided to close it for good. Not with another middleware layer. Not with a standalone billing tool that creates its own silo. But with embedded infrastructure — native applications that live inside Salesforce and NetSuite, govern the revenue lifecycle between them, and extend both platforms without replacing either.

"We didn't build Continuous because we thought we could do better than Salesforce or NetSuite. We built it because we knew exactly where they stop — and what it costs when nothing picks up from there."

Leadership

The founding team.

JB
John Banks
Co-Founder & CEO
John is a revenue operations and billing systems veteran with 20+ years of experience across Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Zuora, and Conga. He has spent his career at the intersection of CRM and ERP, building the infrastructure that connects how companies sell to how companies recognize revenue. Before founding Continuous, John led product and go-to-market strategy for CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management at multiple category-defining companies in the revenue technology space.
SJ
Sean Joyce
Co-Founder & Head of Alliances
Sean has spent his career at the center of the billing and revenue technology ecosystem, working across the platforms that define how enterprise companies price, bill, and recognize revenue. Before co-founding Continuous, Sean drove partner strategy and cloud billing programs at Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Navint, Apttus, and Zuora — giving him a firsthand view of how the Salesforce–NetSuite gap plays out inside every company that runs on both.
JH
John He
Co-Founder & CTO
John brings more than 30 years of engineering leadership to Continuous, spanning product architecture, technical operations, team building, and platform development at companies that define enterprise software. John spent several formative years at Zuora, where he led the evolution of the product architecture, built an agile engineering process from the ground up, grew the team seven-fold, and delivered several of the company's most strategically significant features. At Continuous, John leads all engineering and architecture — building the systems that make Salesforce and NetSuite work as one revenue platform. John holds a BS in Computer Architecture from Fudan University in Shanghai. He is a devoted Star Trek fan — and maintains that the best engineering, like the best exploration, goes where no one has gone before.
RY
Ramin Yavari
Co-Founder & Chief Architect
Ramin has spent more than two decades at the intersection of enterprise software architecture and financial systems — the exact territory Continuous was built to operate in. Over the past ten years, he has worked exclusively on the integration layer between Salesforce and NetSuite, designing, building, and debugging the kind of complex revenue operations infrastructure that most companies can't find people to run. At Continuous, Ramin serves as Chief Solutions Architect — translating the hardest customer problems into production-ready architecture. He has seen nearly every variation of the Salesforce–NetSuite revenue problem that exists, and has built the solution to most of them. Ramin holds 15 Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect, along with deep expertise in software architecture, data integrations, DevOps, financial systems, ERP, and security practices. What drives Ramin is the problem he hasn't seen before. There's always one.
